GENERAL
1. Products purchased from Lust México® are fashion and lifestyle items, so we do not recommend using them for sports or extreme physical activities, as they do not have the features and/or technology of performance products. Using them otherwise may lead to issues when requesting an exchange or return.
2. Exchanges or returns cannot be processed without a purchase order.
3. Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled; therefore, you must wait until you receive the product to request a return, provided the following policies are met.
4. Once the purchase is confirmed, it is not possible to change your personal information (address, phone, name, email).

**EXCHANGES**
Exchanges are processed using the email registered on the order or the purchase receipt. Products purchased through a promotion or with a direct discount on lustmexico.com are final sales and thus are not eligible for exchanges, cancellations, or returns.
You have 15 calendar days to request an exchange or return for one of the following reasons:
- **Size:** The product must be in perfect condition, with its box and tags.
- **Model:** The original product must be in perfect condition, with its box and tags. Exchanges only apply if it is the same model or value.
- **Factory defect:** Considered a factory defect if the product is unglued or unstitched on any panels or the sole, provided it is not due to misuse.
If the exchange is due to defects or order errors, the brand will cover shipping costs.
**REFUNDS**
1. Refunds to the original payment method may be processed as long as the request is made within 30 days from the purchase date.
2. The refund will appear within no more than 20 business days after confirmation.
3. In some cases, Customer Service may request documentation such as an account statement, official ID, etc., to process your refund.
4. For refunds through Kueski Pay, if you haven’t made any payments on your credit yet, the refund process may take up to 30 business days once the cancellation is confirmed and Kueski Pay receives your cancellation notice.
If you have already made a payment on your credit, the order cannot be cancelled and must be paid off. In this case, you will receive a coupon for the total amount of the product or order to use for another purchase.
